Our surveyors have a sound general knowledge of policy response and insurance requirements.

This broad experience ensures our reporting and scoping methodology contains sufficient information for decisions on key policy issues - such as, gradual damage, pre-existing damage and earthquake commission requirements - to be made efficiently and without recourse to multiple visits.

Our team are not averse to and always available to travel in the unfortunate circumstance of an event. Whether two or twenty personnel are required on the ground, Award can deliver the resources in these demanding environments.
